Private Dining

Our restaurants are an ideal setting for your next winemaker’s dinner, rehearsal dinner, or corporate event. Thomas Hill Organics in Paso Robles and Thomas Hill Organic Kitchen in San Luis Obispo have the ambiance, cuisine, cocktail and wine collection to meet your private event needs. To start planning your private dining experience with Thomas Hill Organics, please fill out the event request form below. 

Private Dining Event Information

For groups of 15 - 20 guests, we offer two entrees plus a vegetarian option. We request the entree count prior to dinner service.  Policies apply to parties of 15 or more and to all Dining Room, Patio, and Restaurant buyouts. *Please ask about Friday & Saturday prime time dinner service policy for parties of 15+ guests. We do not serve parties over 14 guests from the regular menu.

Dining Room Reservations

Available for up to 33 seated, includes exclusive use of THO Paso Robles Dining Room $1800 ‐ $3000 minimum purchase required depending on day, time and date of your event Special pricing available if your event is finished by 7:00 PM We will work with you to create a custom‐seasonal menu.

PATIO RESERVATIONS

Available for up to 60 seated, includes exclusive use of THO Patio $4000 ‐ $6000 minimum purchase required depending on day, time and date of your event Special pricing available if your event is finished by 7:00 PM. We will work with you to create a custom‐seasonal menu.

Restaurant Buyout Pricing

Available for up to 93 seated, includes exclusive use of THO Dining Room and Patio $5000 ‐ $10,000 minimum purchase required depending on day, time and date of your event Special pricing available if your event is finished by 7:00 PM We will work with you to create a custom‐seasonal menu.


Above minimums do not include 20% service charge, event coordination fee or sales tax.

Pricing not valid on Holiday Weekends, Zin Fest Weekend, Wine Festival or Harvest Festival Weekends. Please inquire about Holiday Pricing. All Pricing above is subject to change.

 

Corkage

We will waive the corkage fee with a purchase of another bottle; there is a 3 bottle limit to wines brought in from off premise.

Guarantee

Attendance must be confirmed 7 days prior to event. This number is considered your guarantee and will be reflected in you final charges.

Deposit

To confirm reservations; a signed contract and a non‐refundable deposit of 20% of negotiated contract is due. The deposit will be applied to the bill on the day of the event.

Payment

Full Payment is due upon conclusion of all events unless pre‐paid. Please make all checks payable to Thomas Hill Organics. We are unable to split checks on groups larger than 14 guests.
