Here at Thomas Hill Organics, we are honored to serve you a fresh homemade meal for your special occasion. Whether it’s a corporate luncheon, holiday party, or wedding rehearsal dinner, we at Thomas Hill Organics love to celebrate! Whether your taste is fresh and simple, or elaborate and decadent, Thomas Hill Organics expertly brings it from conception to table. 

Offering a wide variety of rooms within our two restaurants, let Thomas Hill Organics serve as the back-drop for your next celebration. Whether it be on our private, covered patio in Paso Robles or inside our decadent Main Dining Room in San Luis Obispo, our Events Coordinator will ensure a perfect experience. Packages are custom designed to each client’s unique event, and as such, costs and fees for catering vary greatly.

Pre-fix Menus
In order to best host your celebration, groups of 20+ guests are required to order from a special pre-fix menu. Reservations and menus must be confirmed prior to joining us. Allow our Events Coordinator to assist in creating the perfect combination of seasonal selections for your party to enjoy.

Private Dining Room (our James Room)
Available for up to 30 guests seated, our Private Dining Room blends comfort and rustic charm for your next function. A Food & Beverage Minimum is required to reserve, ranging between $1,800 ‐ $3,000 and determined by the date and time of your request. Special pricing is available for events finished by 7:00 PM on weekdays. 

Patio (private or semi-private options available)
Available for up to 60 guests seated, allow our gorgeous covered patio to serve as the perfect place for wedding rehearsals (or receptions!), holiday parties or corporate events. A Food & Beverage Minimum is required to reserve, ranging between $4,000 ‐ $6,000 and determined by the date and time of your request. Special pricing is available for events finished by 7:00 PM on weekdays.

Full Restaurant Buyout
Available for up to 90 guests seated, our Full Restaurant Buyout offers the best of the best! A Food & Beverage Minimum is required to reserve, ranging between $5,000 ‐ $10,000 and determined by the date and time of your request. Special pricing is available for events finished by 7:00 PM on weekdays.

Above minimums do not include 7.75% sales tax or 20% service charge.

Pricing not valid on Holiday Weekends, Zin Fest Weekend, Wine Festival or Harvest Festival Weekends. All Pricing above is subject to change.

Available for up to 62 guests seated, our Main Dining Room provides the perfect, polished setting for your next function. A Food & Beverage Minimum is required to reserve, ranging between $3,500 ‐ $7,500 and determined by the date and time of your request. 

Front Lounge
Available for up to 26 guests seated, our lounge (overlooking bustling Monterey Street) can serve as the perfect place for corporate happy hour or appetizer reception. A Food & Beverage Minimum is required to reserve, ranging between $500 ‐ $2,500 and determined by the date and time of your request.

Full Restaurant Buyout
Available for up to 116 guests seated, our Full Restaurant Buyout offers exclusive use of our entire SLO Restaurant. A Food & Beverage Minimum is required to reserve, ranging between $5,000 ‐ $10,000 and determined by the date and time of your request.
