Our menu changes seasonally depending on the

availability of our ingredients.

 


 

We are a farm-to-table restaurant. Our emphasis is on organic produce and natural, grass-fed meats.

We work with local purveyors for our proteins: local, natural, and grass-fed livestock for our beef, lamb, and free-range poultry. Our fish is fresh from local fisheries and providers.  Our produce is from local farms who practice sustainable or organic practices. Our bread is made exclusively by in-town bakers who are celebrated artisans of their trade.
